STEP 1: CHECK YOUR ELIGIBILITY
Double-check your eligibility from our eligibility criteria and list of exclusions. Make sure your projects fit our current Request for Proposal.
STEP 2: PREPARE CONCEPT NOTE AND BUDGET
Whether you are applying for a small, medium or large grant, it is required to prepare concept note, a gantt chart and an itemised budget.

You can prepare your application using the SeyCCAT online application platform or submit the Microsoft Word and Excel files via Email or in person.

STEP 4: PREPARE PROJECT PROPOSAL FOR LARGE GRANTS
Applications for large grants undergo a second phase whereby a full project proposal is to be submitted. Documents include:
- Project Full Proposal
- Project Budget Information
- Itemised Budget
- Logframe Template
- Environmental & Social risks & impacts
- Relevant Attachments, e.g. letters of support, co-financing letters and CVs.
