Vania Robert is the Finance and Human Resources Manager for the Seychelles Conservation and Climate Adaptation Trust (SeyCCAT). She is responsible for the financial management of SeyCCAT's administration, BGF projects, grants and endowment. In addition to her financial responsibilities, Vania handles human resources to ensure the organisation's smooth operation. Furthermore, Vania supports the SeyCCAT CEO, the SeyCCAT Board, the Finance Committee and the Blue Grants Committee in running a highly efficient, transparent and service-oriented organisation. Vania has an HND in Business and Finance from the Brunei Darussalam Technical and Vocational Education Council and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cumbria.
